Caring for Your Car

Once you have purchased a car, you will have to ensure that it runs smoothly and not to mention, looks nice and clean. How do you expect to attract all those pretty young ladies down at the pub with a car thats covered in bird dropping and other fluids. To prevent bird droppings from damaging your car, cover it up when not in use or store it in a covered car park.

When washing your car on the outside, never use any soap and detergents not meant for washing car's as the acidity level in it may damage the car's finish. Wipe the inside of your car regularily with all purpose cleaner and every month vacuum the inside of your car by removing all the carpet mat's and clean all the other nook's and cranies where dirt or rubbish may have gathered.

In order to wash the roof of your car, use circular motions as if you were masssaging someone's back and stroke it back and furth repeatedly. Remember to wash all the other parts of your car such as the headlights, tail-lights, grill etc... After you have finished washing the outside of your new car then use a towel to dry it. For this we reccomend ShamWow®, its quite worth investing in a few of those as you can use it for all sorts of tasks such as cleaning your house or dorm room, drying various dishes etc...

We also reccomend buying a large tin of good quality car wax as it is a worthy investment and can make your car extremely shiny and also protect it finish, remember that girls are attracted to shiny objects so apply the car wax regularily. In the long run however, we also suggest that taking your car in for a professional car wash every 3 months is well worth the price, but remember to take out everything valuable or expect it to be gone when the car is returned.

Take your car in for a regular service every now and then and remember to change the oil quite frequently as if you don't old oil can build up causing a clog which requires a very costly engine repair. If you have no idea at all how to change the oil then you can take your car in for a service where the mechanics do everything for you.
